When first opened it was great but called about a month ago to place order and was put on hold for a long time, finally just hung up and went to yamatos(excellent by the way). Decided to try again last night and waited in line for at least 15 minutes behind one person. I asked for extra rockin ranch and when got home I had 1- 1 oz cup of ranch for my whole order. Got the steak and cheese sandwich with gater taters because I've had it before and was great but not last night! Ate half of sandwich and had to stop not good! Was sick late last night and this morning. Something has changed and needs to be fixed. Ultimately I think its the manager. If don't have good management this is what starts to happen.March 07, 2017
